Pastor Harold H. Craig Jr. was born in Detroit, Michigan to the union of the late Harold H. Craig Sr., and the late Gwendolyn (Craig) Jackson; and is one of seven children. He accepted Jesus Christ at the age of 11 and united with the City Temple Seventh Day Adventist Church. Later in life, he moved his membership and united with Synagogue Baptist Church under the leadership of his grandfather. Pastor Craig is married to his wife of 31 years, Mrs. Daphne (Simpson) Craig, and is the proud father of four children and one granddaughter.
Pastor Craig joined the U.S. Army and retired in 1994 with over 22 years of Honorable service. He accepted his calling by God into the Gospel Ministry as a member of Greater Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Lawton, OK in 1976. Pastor Craig has been blessed to pastor two Gospel Fellowships in Germany when he was afforded the opportunity by God, to minister to those of different Christian denominations, and of various nationalities and heritages.
Pastor Craig relocated to Radcliff, KY and united with Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church and accepted the call by the church and was installed as Pastor in June 1991. While serving as Pastor he enrolled and graduated in 1997, from Spalding University in Louisville, KY with a Bachelor's Degree in Social work and spent the next 18 years as pastor of Morning Star, while working for the State of Kentucky as a social worker.
Pastor Craig truly loves the Lord, loves people, and loves his family and his church. Pastor Craig's passion, goal, and ambition in life are to lead as many as possible into a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, whereby they might share and experience the abundance of the Master's Grace, Providence, and Prosperity.
